Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus woody ends trimmed
  • extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for squeezing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the spears with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and spread them on to the baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the spears are lightly crisp and tender. Squeeze with lemon and serve.
