Roasted Asparagus with Za’atar

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus (ends trimmed)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Za’atar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spread asparagus spears in an even layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, za’atar, salt and pepper. Roasted until caramelized and tender, about 15 minutes.
