Roasted Black Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black seedless grapes rinsed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar use regular balsamic if you like
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1 small lemon)
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 15 minutes, giving the pan a shake every now and then.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish, making sure to get all the good sauce, and serve with cheese and plain crackers or crusty bread.
