Roasted Broccoli for Beginners: How long to cook, best temp and more!

This simple method for roasting broccoli in the oven works at several temperatures depending on how much time you've got!

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable seasoning roasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and trim the broccoli so the florets are similar in size. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Combine the olive oil, salt, and roasted vegetable seasoning in a large bowl. Add the broccoli florets and toss to coat the veggies with the seasoning.
  4. Spread the broccoli onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the florets are tender and the edges golden brown.
