Roasted Broccoli for Beginners: How long to cook, best temp and more!
This simple method for roasting broccoli in the oven works at several temperatures depending on how much time you've got!
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vegetable seasoning roasted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Wash and trim the broccoli so the florets are similar in size. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Combine the olive oil, salt, and roasted vegetable seasoning in a large bowl. Add the broccoli florets and toss to coat the veggies with the seasoning.
- Spread the broccoli onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the florets are tender and the edges golden brown.
