Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly coated for perfect roasting.
  3. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, add the dried cranberries to the Brussels sprouts, and toss to combine.
  5. Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue to roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and browned.
