Ingredients

  • 1 green cabbage medium head
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it into 8 equal wedges, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the cabbage wedges and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the centers are tender.
