Roasted Carrot Fries
Roasted Carrot Fries are the perfect healthy alternative to fries. They're crispy, flavorful, and easy to prep with oil, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrot peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick ‘fries’
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss the carrots, oil, salt, and pepper and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Flip carrots, roast 10 more minutes until crispy.
