Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Spread the cauliflower out on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the cauliflower. Sprinkle seasonings over the top. Toss gently to coat cauliflower.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until soft and lightly golden.
  4. Serve immediately.
