Ingredients
- 15.8 oz. can of Great Northern Beans drained and rinsed
- 5 roasted garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Tahini
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Measure all the ingredients into a food processor.
- Run the food processor until all elements are combined and smooth.
- Taste and add more seasoning, if desired.
- Transfer the hummus to a plate and serve with warm pitas, carrots and celery.
