Ingredients

  • 2 pints grape tomatoes
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss all the ingredients except the Parmesan cheese into a bowl together.
  3. Put onto baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
