Ingredients
- 3 cups about 1 pound seedless table grapes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- A few sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
- Get ready: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Season the grapes: Add the grapes to a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and a good grind of black pepper. Add the thyme sprigs.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes, or until the grapes start to burst and char in places.
