Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms with Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 4 oz cremini mushrooms quartered
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat with cooking spray.
- Toss the green beans and mushrooms with olive oil then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Place into the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
- Flip the veggies and add the minced garlic making sure to toss to coat evenly with a spatula. Continue to roast for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a serving plate. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
