Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 4 oz cremini mushrooms quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat with cooking spray.
  2. Toss the green beans and mushrooms with olive oil then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Place into the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the veggies and add the minced garlic making sure to toss to coat evenly with a spatula. Continue to roast for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a serving plate. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
