Roasted Kohlrabi

- 3 kohlrabi peeled and chopped into ½ inch chunks
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions
- In a bowl, toss kohlrabi chunks with oil and seasonings until coated.
- Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes, toss and continue roasting around 20 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown. Serve immediately.
