Ingredients

  • 3 kohlrabi peeled and chopped into ½ inch chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss kohlrabi chunks with oil and seasonings until coated.
  2. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes, toss and continue roasting around 20 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown. Serve immediately.
