Roasted Mushroom Crostini
This roasted mushroom crostini recipe is perfect for entertaining, especially around the holidays. Ingredients
- 1 baguette thinly sliced on a bias about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for brushing
- 2 lbs mushroom Such as crimini, oyster, shiitake, etc, assorted, sliced
- 2 teaspoons thyme chopped, plus more for garnish, fresh leaves
- salt
- black pepper
- 8 ounces goat cheese softened, fresh
- honey for drizzling, truffled or wildflower
