Roasted Mushrooms with Garlic and Rosemary

A healthier version of the steakhouse classic, mushrooms are roasted in olive oil then tossed with minced rosemary and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white mushroom whole
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary minced, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Toss mushrooms with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove mushrooms from the oven and toss wish minced garlic and rosemary before serving.
