Ingredients

  • 4 yellow onions medium
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Peel the onions and slice off the ends. Cut into halves or quarters, depending on size.
  3. Arrange the onion pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the onions and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until onions are tender and edges are caramelized.
