Roasted Plums with Greek Yogurt, Honey, and Almonds

A simple and flavorful recipe that's sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound plum pitted and cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 24 ounces Greek yogurt
  • honey drizzle
  • almonds chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine plums, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. 3. Pour plums onto the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until plums are soft and juicy. Make sure you stir the plums at least once. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. 4. Put yogurt into serving dishes or bowls. Top yogurt with roasted plums, a drizzle of honey, and almonds. Serve immediately.
  5. *Note-roasted plums are also good on frozen yogurt and ice cream.
