Ingredients
- 1 ½ pound radishes trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
- Wash the radishes, then trim off the stems and roots. Halve any larger radishes so they’re all approximately the same size.
- Add the radishes to a bowl and toss with the olive oil and all remaining ingredients.
- Pour onto a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, or until crispy with golden edges.
- Serve and enjoy.
