Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pound radishes trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  2. Wash the radishes, then trim off the stems and roots. Halve any larger radishes so they’re all approximately the same size.
  3. Add the radishes to a bowl and toss with the olive oil and all remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour onto a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, or until crispy with golden edges.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
