Ingredients

  • 1 pound hulled strawberries quartered
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a baking dish, mix the strawberries, honey, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, stir and then bake for another 10-15 minutes until soft.
