Roasted Strawberries
Roasted Strawberries make for a delightfully sweet and healthy treat. The perfect topper for a breakfast or dessert, but also delicious on their own!
Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries quartered, hulled
- 1/4 cup honey (or agave)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt pinch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a baking dish, mix the strawberries, honey, cinnamon and salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stir and then bake for another 10-15 minutes until soft.
