- ½ cup milk or greek yogurt, 2%, cream, half and half, whole
- ½ teaspoon basil dried
- ¼ teaspoon oregano dried
- ¼ teaspoon thyme dried
- ½ pound asparagus ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pint tomatoes cherry or grape
- 1 onion chopped roughly, large
- 2 spinach about 3-4 cups, fresh leaves, handfuls
- 2 TBS olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup goat cheese crumbles
