Rocket Salad

This Rocket Salad is a fresh, flavorful salad that makes the perfect side dish for any meal. Ingredients

  • 4 cups rocket/arugula
  • 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze
