Rode biet spaghetti

Makkelijke, snelle glutenvrije spaghetti van bruine rijst met rode biet tahinsaus. Met citroen, zwarte peper en basilicum. Vegan en Medical Medium.

Ingredients

  • 1 portie brown rice spaghetti
  • 1 red beet
  • 2 teentjes garlic
  • 1 el tahini
  • ½ lemon
  • black pepper naar smaak
  • 1 flinke hand basil

Instructions

  1. Kook de spaghetti volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Die van mij duurde 10 tot 12 minuten.
  2. Pers ondertussen de knoflook. Pers een halve citroen uit.
  3. Pureer de biet met de tahin, het citroensap, de knoflook en zwarte peper naar smaak.
  4. Giet de spaghetti af. Meng met de saus (in de kookpan).
  5. Leg de spaghetti op je bord en garneer met de basilicum.
