Rojak or rojak mamak in Malaysia and Singapore and rujak in Indonesia, is a traditional salad made with fruits, vegetables, tofu and cuttlefish.

Ingredients
- 1 small Jicama , cut into small pieces
- 1 cucumber , peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 unripe Mango , peeled and cut into small pieces
- 4 oz. fried tofu , cut into small cubes
- 4 small cuttlefish
- 4 tablespoons sambal rojak (sauce)
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste (belacan)
- 3 tablespoons roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil the cuttlefish over medium-high heat for 3 minutes from the time of boiling, drain and set aside.
- In a pan, lightly roast the shrimp paste (belacan), stirring it regularly for 2 minutes. Add the sambal rojak sauce and mix well. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Add the reserved sambal rojak and belacan and mix well.
