Ingredients
- 40 Ritz crackers
- 20 Rolo candies unwrapped
Optional Toppings
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
- white chocolate chips
- vegetable oil
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place 20 of the Ritz crackers bottom side up on the baking sheet. Place a Rolo on the center of each cracker.
- Bake for 3-4 minutes until the Rolos start to get soft and melt.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Carefully press a second cracker on top of each (crack top facing up) until the Rolo smushes out to the edges and sticks the crackers together.

Optional Toppings
- Place 1 cup of semi-sweet or white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a glass bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Then microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Dip half of the Rolo cracker into the chocolate. Add festive sprinkles over the chocolate, if desired. Then let the crackers rest on parchment paper until the chocolate sets up.
