Rosemary and Garlic Aioli
Rosemary and garlic aioli is amazing on your favorite burger on as a dip for veggies. Yum!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic finely minced, or pushed through a garlic press, cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon rosemary chopped, fresh
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, place all the ingredients, and whisk until well blended.
- Can be made 1 day ahead and covered with plastic and kept in the fridge.
