Rosemary Goat Cheese Mini Tarts for Mom

Quick, easy rosemary goat cheese tarts are an excellent addition to brunch or a fun spring meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry cup shells
  • 1 ½ cup goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • ½ cup strawberries and blueberries
  • ¼ cup candied walnuts
  • ½ cup candied figs

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium sized bowl, cream together goat cheese and rosemary.
  2. Spoon into puff pastry cups.
  3. Add berries to 1/2 the pastries.
  4. Add candied walnuts and figs to other 1/2 of pastries.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
