Rosemary Moscow Mule
This bright and herbal Moscow Mule recipe is infused with fresh rosemary and muddled with fresh mint and lime juice. It's the ultimate refreshing drink recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 lime (halved then quartered)
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 prig rosemary
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 6 ounces vodka (or gin)
- 16 ounces ginger beer

Instructions
- Add lime quarters, simple syrup, fresh rosemary and fresh mint to a cocktail shaker then use a muddler to gently breakdown. The goal is to release the juice in the lime and the essential oils in the herbs.
- Pour the vodka to the cocktail shaker then fill with ice. Shake well then pour in to four copper mugs filled with ice, about 2/3 of the way full. Top each glass with ginger beer to serve. Garnish with additional rosemary or lime if you wish.
