These Rum & Coke Floats are a simple, quick, and delicious summer twist on the class cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 large scoop vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1.5 ounces spiced rum
  • 5 ounces Coke
  • Whipped Cream optional
  • maraschino cherry optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add ice cream to a tall chilled glass, pour in rum and coke and top with whipped cream and a cherry if desired. Serve with a straw.
