Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chili sauce or ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon horseradish, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup chili sauce or ketchup, ½ teaspoon hot sauce, ¼ teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon dill relish, ¼ cup minced onion, and 1 garlic clove, to a bowl and mix to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more horseradish or hot sauce (or both!) if you want a little more kick.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Use as a spread on sandwiches or burgers, dip, or salad dressing.
