Sakura Cherry Blossom Syrup
Sakura Cherry Blossom Syrup blends water, sugar or honey, and rinsed cherry blossoms to create a delicate floral syrup. Optional freeze-dried raspberries add a light pink hue and a touch of berry flavor. The syrup is gently heated to dissolve the sweetener, infused with raspberry, then strained before combining with the cherry blossoms to steep. Chilling the syrup enhances the flavor and preserves it for later use in drinks, desserts, or as a subtle floral sweetener.
