Ingredients
- ice
- 2 tablespoon cherry blossom syrup or to taste
- 1 tablespoon lychee syrup or to taste, or canned lychee syrup
- ½ oz lychee liqueur optional, Soho brand
- carbonated water chilled, sparkling
Instructions
- Add ice cubes to a glass.
- Pour in the cherry blossom syrup and lychee syrup.
- If using lychee liqueur, add it in.
- Top with carbonated/sparkling water and garnish with lychee and additional cherry blossom.
- Serve immediately.
