Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic minced, small clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.
  2. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary. The dressing can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1week. Shake well before using if the oil separates.
