Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 20 lices salami
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
  • fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Cornmeal, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. On a lightly-floured surface, roll the dough into a large circle.
  3. Lightly sprinkle the cornmeal onto the bottom of your pizza pan and lay the dough on the pan.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Add the cheese and sliced salami.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley. Slice and enjoy!
