Fresh & flavorful, this salmon seasoning is the perfect addition to a healthy, flaky salmon filet!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves optional

Instructions

  1. Combine spices in a small bowl.
To Use

  1. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over salmon fillets and bake, broil or grill to desired doneness.

Notes

  • For a sweet glazed salmon, add 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar into the mixture.
  • If you'd like to store the salmon seasoning, ensure the lemon zest dries on the counter for a couple of days before storing.
