Ingredients
- 1 pound tomatillos (about 9) wash and cut in half
- 2 jalapeños cut into chunks
- 3 Serrano pepper cut into chunks
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 1 small garlic clove chopped
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- salt & pepper
- 2 avocados, small to medium cut in half, peeled and remove the pit.
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a blender or processor, add the tomatillos, jalapeños, serrano peppers, onion, garlic clove and salt. Give it a quick blend.
- Then add the cilantro and puree well.
- Add the avocado and puree until smooth. Taste for salt and add more if needed according to taste.
