Salsa Onion Dip

SALSA ONION DIP takes a classic dip recipe up a notch! Making the onion dip from scratch and then adding in the salsa will make this a dip you can't stop eating!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 yellow onions chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 oz. cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Easy Blender Salsa

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat
  2. add in onions and season with salt, pepper, cumin, stir occasionally until onions are softened, 5 to 8 minutes
  3. remove from skillet and set aside to cool
  4. in a medium mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and sour cream
  5. stir in the onion and salsa
  6. refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours
  7. enjoy!
