Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1 egg
  • 2 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 1/2 cup caramels chopped
  • 1/2 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 1/2 cup shelled pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and combine well. Mix in vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly cream together with butter and sugar mixture. Stir in caramels, almonds and pistachios.
  4. Scoop dough and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Place into oven and bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on your oven.
  6. Allow to cool and then remove to an airtight container.
