Salted Caramel Pretzel Crunch Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces unsalted butter melted
  • 9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate roughly chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 egg large
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • salted caramel sauce
  • 40 pretzels mini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325º. Grease a mini-muffin pan with non-stick spray; set aside.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until chocolate and butter are completely melted and can be whisked smooth. Remove pan from heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
  4. Stir in flour; do not overmix.
  5. Scoop batter into prepared pans, filling each mold 3/4 of the way full.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for about 16 minutes or until brownies spring back when touched; repeat with remaining brownie batter.
  7. Spoon a teaspoon of cooled caramel sauce on top of each brownie. Press a pretzel down on top of the caramel. Cool brownies until caramel is set.
