Saltine Toffee
Saltine Toffee combines crunchy saltine crackers coated in a buttery, caramel-like toffee topped with melted semisweet chocolate and crunchy pecans. Baking the crackers under the toffee mixture creates a balanced texture of crispiness and chewiness. The final chilling step sets the chocolate and nuts, making it easy to break into shards for serving. This treat offers a rich, sweet contrast to the salty crackers, making it an appealing snack or dessert to share with guests or enjoy anytime craving something sweet and crunchy.
