Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk lite, canned
  • ½ cup almond milk or more coconut milk
  • 1 coop (25 grams) chocolate protein powder plant-based
  • ½ coop (12.5 grams) salted caramel protein powder I used Nuzest salted caramel, plant-based
  • ½ banana in chunks, frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut unsweetened, toasted, shredded
  • ½ Tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice handful

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don'y have salted caramel protein powder or can't find any? You can add 1 medjool date to this smoothie to still get that caramel flavor. Medjool dates will just add a lot of sweetness, so you might want to only use 1/4 frozen banana.
