Samoa Cookie Protein Shake
Inspired by a Girl Scout cookie favorite, this Samoa cookie protein shake is loaded with caramel, chocolate and coconut flavors while packing in over 30 grams of protein!
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut milk lite, canned
- ½ cup almond milk or more coconut milk
- 1 coop (25 grams) chocolate protein powder plant-based
- ½ coop (12.5 grams) salted caramel protein powder I used Nuzest salted caramel, plant-based
- ½ banana in chunks, frozen
- 1 Tablespoon coconut unsweetened, toasted, shredded
- ½ Tablespoon almond butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ice handful
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
- Don'y have salted caramel protein powder or can't find any? You can add 1 medjool date to this smoothie to still get that caramel flavor. Medjool dates will just add a lot of sweetness, so you might want to only use 1/4 frozen banana.
