Inspired by a Girl Scout cookie favorite, this Samoa cookie protein shake is loaded with caramel, chocolate and coconut flavors while packing in over 30 grams of protein!

Ingredients
- ½ cup lite canned coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or more coconut milk
- 1 scoop (25 grams) plant-based chocolate protein powder
- ½ scoop (12.5 grams) plant-based salted caramel protein powder I used Nuzest salted caramel
- ½ frozen banana in chunks
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened toasted shredded coconut
- ½ Tablespoon almond butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Handful of Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes
- Don'y have salted caramel protein powder or can't find any? You can add 1 medjool date to this smoothie to still get that caramel flavor. Medjool dates will just add a lot of sweetness, so you might want to only use 1/4 frozen banana.
