Ingredients

Salad Sandwich
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 lices sandwich bread favorite type
  • salad greens
  • 1 tomato sliced, ripe
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion optional, sliced
  • ranch dressing for drizzling
  • 1 lice provolone cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spread the mayonnaise on both slices of bread. 
  2. Layer one slice with salad greens, tomato, avocado, red onion, if using, and a drizzle of Ranch. Top with the cheese and remaining slice of bread.  
  3. Slice in half and serve or pack into a lunch container.
