Sausage and Broccoli Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spicy pork sausage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cup broccoli chopped
  • 16 oz pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. While the sausage is browning bring the pasta water to a boil and cook the pasta. I used nuggets, but any shape would work well.
  3. When the sausage is no longer pink pour off as much fat as possible. Then add the onion and garlic and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the can of soup, milk, broccoli and mix well. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes.
  5. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
