Ingredients

  • kale sautéed
  • yellow grape tomato cut in half, sautéed
  • chicken meatball I used Aidell's, sautéed
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese crumbled
  • basil chopped or torn, leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place sauteed kale in bottom of bowl and top with sautéed tomatoes.
  2. Top with Aidell's Chicken Meatballs or chicken sausage.
  3. Sprinkle with feta and basil.
  4. Power up!
