Ingredients

  • Sauted kale
  • Sauteed yellow grape tomatoes cut in half
  • Sautéed Chicken meatballs I used Aidell's
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled Feta cheese
  • basil leaves chopped or torn

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place sauteed kale in bottom of bowl and top with sautéed tomatoes.
  2. Top with Aidell's Chicken Meatballs or chicken sausage.
  3. Sprinkle with feta and basil.
  4. Power up!
