Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoons shallot diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds asparagus washed and trimmed, fresh
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shallots and sauté them until they are soft and almost translucent. Season the shallots with salt and pepper while they are cooking.
