Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut into half
  • 5 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Put-in bacon and cook until the texture becomes crisp.
  3. Add onions and Brussels sprouts and saute for 4 to 8 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve. Share and enjoy!
