Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound Green bean ends trimmed, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the trimmed green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are bright green and slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately as a fresh and vibrant side dish.
