Sautéed Green Beans
This simple side dish is perfect for holiday meals, stir fries, and more!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound Green bean ends trimmed, fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the trimmed green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are bright green and slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.
