Sautéed Spinach

Sautéed Spinach is a quick favorite of mine—ready in 10 minutes, it pairs with pretty much any savory dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound spinach fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients; wash and drain spinach if not pre-washed.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Gradually add spinach, stirring continuously, until all spinach is wilted and seasoned with salt and pepper, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
