Sautéed Spinach
Sautéed Spinach is a quick favorite of mine—ready in 10 minutes, it pairs with pretty much any savory dish.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound spinach fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients; wash and drain spinach if not pre-washed.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Gradually add spinach, stirring continuously, until all spinach is wilted and seasoned with salt and pepper, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
